This makes a mix similar to Reduced Fat Biscuit, but mine is even lower in fat.

Use it in any recipes that call for baking mix.

Ingredients

6 cups (750 g) flour

3 tablespoons (41.5 g) baking powder

1/3 cup (75 g) unsalted butter

Stir flour and baking powder together.

Cut in butter with pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Store in a container with a tight fitting lid.

Yield: 12 servings

Reduced-Fat Whole Wheat Biscuit Mix

Similar to the regular baking mix, but with the nutritional boost of whole grain flour.

I use this one almost all the time in place of the white flour one.
